Originally a quaint farmhouse built in the 1890's, James Edward Collins Architect was trusted with this signifigant Adaptive Reuse project. Additions of a first level bath and bedroom as well as construction of a new kitchen and family room dramatically enhanced the property. This exciting project was completed with a brand new wrap around porch in 2004.
